A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Yolanda earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, and had the opportunity to study Managerial Science, Human Resources, and Accounting at Georgia State’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Following those educational opportunities, she went on to obtain her MBA in health/health care administration/management. Additionally, Yolanda has earned certifications as a project management professional (PMP), certified medical coder (CPC), everything disc facilitator, and LEGO@ Serious Play Trainer. She is also currently on track to become a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).

Yolanda has worked In Several Industries, Including Banking, Transportation, Healthcare, Higher Education, And Nonprofits. When the Covid Pandemic began, the need for Professionals who could work remotely to ensure the Financial and Operational Stability of Organizations Grew, allowing Yolanda And Zang Consulting to embrace a Plethora of new Opportunities.
